With just a short stint at Smorgasburg, a total of six months of experience and a small, trusted team, our founder entered a The Great Food Truck Race -Season 18 not as a favorite, but as an underdog! Against seasoned chefs and established concepts, the team surprised everyone, winning the entire show and taking home the $50,000 grand prize.

Opening Quietly, Winning Loudly

Before the show even aired, Nishaan was already opening its doors. A location was secured, built, and launched in just two months — without hype, press, or the public knowing a win had just happened. The focus wasn’t the spotlight. It was opening strong, earning trust, and letting the food speak first. Momentum came quickly.
